The 6-Week Shred is a plan that helps you clean your car, tune the engine, and then go as fast as possible! Here is how the juices and the moves work together like a team:
Phase 1: The Clean-Up (Weeks 1 & 2)
The Workout (SK8 Cleanse): This is like washing the car and scrubbing the wheels. You do easy, steady movements like walking or light stretching to get your blood moving.
The Juice (Green): You drink a green juice made of things like kale and cucumber. It acts like a scrub brush for your inside, washing away the "junk" so your body feels light and ready.
Why they fit: You can’t put new paint on a dirty car! The light movement and green juice work together to "reset" your body.
Phase 2: The Tune-Up (Weeks 3 & 4)
